Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Manager to lead the worldwide sales strategy and execution for Cyfox products. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the EDR, Multi-tenant XDR, Mail Security, MDR products suite and a proven track record in global sales leadership. They will oversee key MSSP accounts management, and drive revenue growth in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop with the leadership and implement a global sales strategy to expand market presence and increase revenue for Cyfox products.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Establish sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Market Development & Key Account Management
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners across diverse regions.
- Lead negotiations, create proposals, and close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new growth areas and customer needs.
- Team Management & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales managers and representatives across different territories.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Organize training sessions to improve team knowledge of Cyfox products and sales techniques.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports on global sales activity to senior management.
- Optimize sales processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Track customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to enhance the Cyfox offering.

Requirements
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum8-10 years of global sales experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Prior expertise with Cyfox products or similar technologies is highly desirable.
Skills
- Strong understanding of global markets and business cultures.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with enterprise clients.
- Proficiency CRM systems and data analysis tools.
